I have been thinking we need a new usergroup..

The usergroup moderator will create a forum and I will set permissions to were only members of that usergroup can post.

So heres my idea:

VIP Usergroup

The VIP's get to have many privelages and the moderator of the group will get to make the decisions about the group and make sure its running smoothly.
