This is good:
Panko Eggs

1 1/2 cup Panko Bread crumbs
1 stick o' butter
1 large egg

1. In a saucepan put butter and panko together. Mix.
2. Crack the egg into a bowl. Beat it.
3. Heat up frying pan. Put egg on. Immediately put half of the P. bread crumbs on top
4. Flip egg over. put rest of crumbs on top.
5. Enjoy
